However, when I go to his contacts using the outlook desktop app (cached exchange mode is off already) there are only around 2000 contacts listed. This led me to the next step which was trying to use a fresh outlook profile with his account added in the outlook desktop app to bulk remove these contacts.
There is no option inside of the OWA to remove a large amount of contacts or even a contact list all at once, even using shift+click is useless as you will be prompted you can only remove 10 contacts at once.
I have a user that has around 17000 contacts listed inside of OWA, we would like to remove all of these contacts at once so we can import a CSV file containing only the contacts he wants to use.
